Refund policy
Damaged or Missing Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be emailed to info@templin.institute with a picture of the product and the packing slip and a copy of the receipt from our store within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please include a copy of your receipt and tracking number if you received one.
We can re-print and ship a replacement product to you or provide a refund at your request.
We do not reprint or refund orders for wrong sizing, so please carefully review the sizing chart for each product before selecting your size.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. This may take up to 10 days to process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
