The TI-3379 “Bomber” Jacket arose out of a joint initiative between the Atlas and Bestiary divisions as a solution for inclement weather and jabberwocky attacks respectively. While funding could not be appropriated to meet the requirements of the Bestiary division, the jacket was approved for use by Atlas, and eventually the entire Institute. It remains however, vulnerable to jabberwockies.
